
I love a good full English breakfast and will always make the most of it when on holiday. Though I never really cooked it at home as I saw it as too much effort! Today as I had a day off I decided to try and the result was absolutely gorgeous breakfast in 30 mins flat! The recipe below serves 2.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Sliced mushrooms
- 1 tomato (halved)
- 2 Heinz snap pots baked beans
- Chicken Sausages (I used Heck- Italian chicken chipolatas
Method:
Start by frying the sausages, mine took about 10 mins to cook.
Next melt some butter in a pan and fry the mushroom and tomato halves.
At the same time in another pan fry or scramble the eggs.
Microwave the baked beans.
Serve everything on a plate with toast on the side.
