
Literally the recipe is in the title, so I am not going to do the ingredients and method. It is smoked salmon, served with salad dressed with balsamic vinegar and some horseradish sauce on the side.
This was served as a starter at my sister in law’s house over Christmas and we were floored. Simple to make but the surprise addition of the horseradish sauce elevates the flavour to the next level.
Serve with bread for a light supper, like I did this evening.
