Salmon skewers

We had this recently at a bbq at our friends, the dish is simplicity itself but packs great flavours.

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless boneless salmon fillets (cut into one inch pieces)
  • Sugar snap peas
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

Arrange the salmon and sugar snap peas on skewers.

Mix all the other ingredients to make a marinade.

Brush on top of the salmon and sugar snap peas.

BBQ it for a few mins till the fish is cooked.

Serve and sit back enjoy the compliments.
