This is my go to recipe when I am short of time but would like to have a proper dinner on the table!

- 165 gms uncooked prawn
- 175 gms Spaghetti
- 4 large cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (you an choose to put more)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
Method
Cook the spaghetti as per instructions on the pack.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Cook till you get a nice aroma but dont let it burn.
Add the prawn, salt, pepper and chilli flakes and cook till the prawns are done.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well.
Sprinkle some chopped parsley (optional) and serve hot.
