Garlic Beans with Parmesan

This is a very simple recipe and can be served as a side. I served it with lamb parmigiana and tomato salad.

Ingredients:-

  • 300 gms runner beans (sliced diagonally)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (chopped finely)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:

Boil the sliced beans in salted water until cooked. Drain and keep aside.

Pour some extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.

Fry for about a minute, till fragrant and then add the boiled beans and toss well.

Add salt and white pepper and mix well.

Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
