Masala Omlette

Both my sister Div and I love omlettes for a lazy Sunday brunch. Here are pictures from when she made it recently (yes, we swap food snaps…LOL). This is how Div makes it, I’ll post my recipe the next time I make it.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs,
  • 1/2 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric,
  • 7-8 Peppercorns (crushed)
  • Handful Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • Butter
  • 1/4 cup Water

Plece all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Heat pan/tawa .

Add little butter and add the egg mixture & cook it on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.

Masala omlette is ready.

Serve with ketchup and cheese slices (optional).

You may also add finely chopped raw mangoes or oregano, cumin seeds for added flavour to the egg mixture.
