One more from my sister Div’s recipe collection.

Ingredients:
- 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Capsicum (thinly sliced )
- 1 Carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup Boiled Peas
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- Masala mix (1 tsp each -Coriander Powder, Red Chilly Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Powder, Kasuri Methi)
- Whole Spices -2 Cardamom, 1 inch stick Cinnamon, 3 Cloves, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 cheese slice
- Butter
Method:
Heat butter in a pan.
Add 1/2 masala mix powder and salt .Cook for 30-45 secs.
Now add onion,capsicum,carrot,peas,paneer and saute for 5 minutes and keep aside.
In the same pan add butter and add the whole spices & cook for 2 minutes
Add tomato puree and the remaining 1/2 masala mix powder.
Add 1 cup water and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the sauted veggies/paneer in the mixture and mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add the cheese slice and mix for well 1 minute.
Check seasoning.
Mix veggies is ready to be served.
