A healthy smoothie recipe from my sister’s recipe collection. One of these at breakfast is guaranteed to keep you feeling full till lunch time!

Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 Apple
- 2 tbsp Oats (soaked in milk for 10 mins)
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 2 Dates
- For Garnish: pomegranate seeds and crushed walnuts
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a fine paste.
Pour into a glass and top with pomegranate and crushed walnuts.
Ready to be served.
