Cheesy Nachos

This is a pub classic and really easy to make at home! I have used less cheese in my version but feel free to load your one with as much as you like!!!

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla chips (I used the M&S tortilla chips)
  • Cheese
  • Jalepeno peppers (I used the Old El Paso pickled peppers)

Method:

Place tortilla chips on a plate and top with cheese and pickled jalepeno peppers.

Microwave on high for 30 – 40 seconds, till the cheese melts.

Serve hot.
