French Toast

This is a a dish I make for brunch sometimes. An easy recipe with two ingredients and tastes fab. Try it.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Bread Slices
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:

Whisk the eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture.

Heat a little oil in a pan and shallow fry the bread pieces.

Serve hot with bit of ketchup.
